The challenge with kukki Cocktail: there are two target groups – business customers and private consumers – who both need to be addressed effectively within a single store.
We developed concepts to guide each group through the shop in a targeted way, using features like separate access points, pricing structures, and purchase processes. This ensures that both B2B and B2C customers feel fully understood and supported.

store locator
To strengthen the offline presence, we integrated a store locator. This section is especially important, as offline sales play a crucial role for kukki Cocktail.
The store locator allows customers to find local points of sale – whether retail or wholesale.
The solution includes a user-friendly filter and search function to quickly identify the right store locations.

mix your box
A highlight for private customers is the Bundle Builder, which allows them to create their own customized cocktail boxes.
The feature has been continuously developed and refined over time to meet user needs – from improved usability functions to expanded product options.

back end
In addition to the store development, I also manage a custom backend built with Google Firebase. It enables the team to comprehensively monitor the production – just one example of the many possibilities this setup offers.
Manufacturing processes can be viewed, tracked, and analyzed – making it a key tool for operational efficiency.

For a content-rich store, structured content management is essential. I support kukki Cocktail with strategic advice and focus on efficient solutions to simplify recurring processes.

internationalization
Internationalization brings its own set of challenges. Together, we expanded the store to include dedicated landing pages for international distribution partners.
A key feature is the targeted content control: customers from abroad only see content relevant to them, while the entire German store remains hidden. This ensures clear audience targeting and a tailored experience for each customer segment.

Mission: Chocolate
I’m on a shared mission with JOKOLADE. For some time now, I’ve been supporting the team in maintaining and expanding their online presence.
I’m helping JOKOLADE bring the brand experience to life on their website as well.

Büro Winterscheid
For the "Büro Winterscheidt" project by JOKOLADE, I laid the technical foundation.
The goal is to stream short films exclusively in the JOKOLADE shop – seamlessly implemented and directly accessible within the store.

online vs. retail
A constant balancing act: online presence vs. retail. Chocolate is typically an impulse buy in physical stores.
The goal here was to create a strong brand presence online as well.
I support JOKOLADE in shaping their online brand experience to complement their retail presence.
